All of the content is recorded and you do not lose access to it.

What kind of content will be inside?

Sophia recognizes that everyone has a different learning style. The daily lesson will be offered in video, audio, and the written transcription to meet you where you are.

Alongside the lesson, you will also be able to participate in a daily meditation or journal prompt depending on how you prefer to reflect.
